Toton Nursery

What makes us magical at Children 1st @ Toton?

It’s the strong leadership of the setting which ensures that all children and staff are encouraged, supported and nurtured. We are also rated 9.9/10 by parents on DayNurseries.co.uk.

Our separate baby suite away from the main hub of activity allows for our youngest children to be cared for in a bespoke environment. Using the dedicated key person approach, each child is able to form attachments which enhance their personal development and their learning journey.

As this journey continues through carefully managed transition over to the Peter Rabbits’ room the children experience further challenge, opportunity and stimulation. Our early years’ children benefit from a range of learning areas within nursery such as the art studio where they can make and create and the class room where they can work by themselves or with a friend on the interactive table. Whether using writing implements, snuggling up with a book or pottering in the food technology area, there are so many rich and varied learning opportunities to meet the needs of every child’s learning style.

With strong community links and collections from local schools, we are proud of the extended services provided for our families. After- school care for children continues in their own designated space so that they too can be at the heart of the setting.

Gina, our Nursery Manager, would love the opportunity to show you at first hand our Toton setting and talk to you in detail about why we believe we can make a difference to your family.
