About Us - Children 1st Day Nurseries
“My child has developed so much since starting at Children 1st. The facilities are amazing with plenty to keep his young mind busy throughout the day.”

It's all in

Our Approach

When your child comes to a Children 1st nursery you benefit from the peace of mind of knowing that they are being cared for by a family run business that has been looking after children since 1988. Since then, we’ve grown from a single nursery in Long Eaton into the 2013 Nursery Group of the Year. We’ve won many awards for the quality of our care, including commendations from the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce and Nursery Management Today. Ofsted has also rated many of our facilities as ‘outstanding’. It is this high quality of care that’s been responsible for our expansion because we thrive on word of mouth recommendation from hundreds of satisfied parents.
