With well-qualified staff who endeavour to achieve our aim of valuing each child’s individuality and build upon this, we believe that every child entrusted to our care is special and unique. We strive to develop and maximise their enthusiasm for knowledge and fun, working hard to provide the kind of bespoke service that every parent wants for their child.

The quality of relationships is vitally important at Children 1st @ Syston and we liaise closely with parents to ensure children are settled, secure and thriving in their all-round development.

The electronic learning journey system we have in place is appreciated by parents as it provides them with instant access to pictures and staff observation records of their child. Parents are welcome, if they chose, to add to their child’s learning journey with achievements from home.

Our busy children enjoy the meals we provide, with a well-balanced menu designed to promote healthy eating and nutritional awareness. All our meals are prepared on site, by the nursery chef and, where possible, our food is sourced from local suppliers. Our chicken and eggs are always free range. All dietary requirements are welcomed and catered for.
