Space Dress-Up Days at Children 1st @ Birstall and Shepshed

Our Space topic has really caught the imaginations of the children. From finding out facts about the solar system and the work of astronauts, to role play and sharing great stories there’s been so much going on .

The Early Years at Birstall have enjoyed dressing up as astronauts for our space dress-up day. The children also really enjoyed getting creative and using their imagination making their own planets using papier mache.

At Shepshed they enjoyed an alien and astronaut dress-up day and had great fun talking about the fabulous costumes!

The children have learnt all about the planets, stars, moons and astronauts. They loved exploring the ‘Whatever Next!’ story through role play picnics on the moon.
