Super Snow Day at Children 1st Nurseries

Some of our nurseries have been fortunate to have a wonderful coating of overnight snow. Photographs posted by our Chesterfield nursery show the exquisite winter wonderland that greeted everyone this morning.

Mother nature had created a beautiful setting for the children to enjoy a super snow day full of fun, joy, laughter and spontaneous adventures.

The children were full of awe and wonder as they ventured outside to explore the magical snow. Everyone was soon busy, making footprints, building snow men, rolling balls of snow to make them bigger and throwing snowballs at the walls. At Sheffield the snow falling from the trees caused laughter as it splattered on the ground.

For the Peter Rabbits at Hathern, their adventures continued inside in the warmth when the tuff tray was filled with snow, glitter and pom poms which they explored using big metal spoons.
