Space Kebab Launch at Children 1st @ Main Street

The children at Main Street have been having lots of fun exploring our theme, ‘Space.’

The babies have been playing with their moon dough, feeling the different textures in their hands. They also rolled ‘planets’ in paint, watching the marks they were making on the large paper.

Early Years have been walking on the moon in their space suits and wellies.  They made their own space rockets from our junk modelling area using boxes, sticks, glue and newspaper.
Our hungry astronauts even made their own fruit space kebabs, choosing which pieces of fruit they would like to use and cutting the fruit with a small knife.

We’re all looking forward to more space adventures!
