Parents Unleash their Creativity at Children 1st @ Buckinghams
Thank-you to everyone who responded to our Eylog message asking if parents would be kind enough to make a planter that links to their occupation. We thought that the planters would bring some colourful cheer to our front garden and compliment the work of the children who love having the opportunity to garden. Working alongside Pam, our volunteer gardener, our gardening club been busy planting a range of vegetables and flowers.
We’ve had a great response to our request and invite you to have a look through the photographs which show what happens when our parents unleash their creativity! The images show a boot from a builder, an artist’s palette from an art teacher, a log from a tree surgeon, a pencil pot from a teacher and a number bucket from a parent who works in finance.
The parents tell us they had great fun making the planters and we’re looking forward to seeing the ingenious creations of our other parents.
