Moon Landing at Children 1st @ Meir Park

A Happy New Year to you all!

As you can see below, we’re enjoying some out of this world experiences to start the new year.

For our current topic ‘Space, Planets, Robots and Aliens,’ the children have been dressing up as astronauts and moon walking! For their moon landing the children put on some ‘moon boots’, painted the bottom of them and walked across the moon, waving their Children 1st flag as they bounced along. This was such fun!. Next week we will be trying some of the food that astronauts eat whilst in space.
