Halloween Fun and Remembrance Activities at Children 1st @ Syston

The children had such a fun time enjoying activities which were inspired by Halloween. They enjoyed handling the pumpkins and scooping out the seeds was a lovely sensory experience.

After this, our thoughts turned to remembrance and we used a variety of creative resources to make poppies. We talked to the children about the significance of the poppy. They engaged in their painting activities with enthusiasm and got a bit messy in the process! Hope you enjoy the photographs.
