Football and Gowns at Children 1st @ Chesterfield Royal Hospital

We’ve had so much to cheer about at Chesterfield recently with our wonderful graduation ceremony and a UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 winning performance from England’s Lionesses.

Thank-you to all the parents who attended our Graduation ceremony. There were pleny of cheers as the graduates threw their caps into the air.

It was lovely to see you all and we hope you all enjoyed the performance.  It has been a pleasure to look after your children over the past few years, they will all be missed!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our school leavers good luck at big school, you are all ready for the next adventure.

To celebrate England’s place in the final of the Euros, we held a special Football Friday when the children were invited to dress in football tops or to wear red and white.

We had a great day of football activities and practised cheering on the fabulous Lionesses. We are so delighted when they went on to win the competition!
