Children in Need 2020 at Children 1st Day Nurseries Part 3

We’re pleased to continue our round-up of the celebrations across our nurseries to mark 40 years of this huge fund-raising event. A night of entertainment featuring a host of celebrities raises more than £37 million.

Newark had a fun day with children coming to nursery in their pyjamas. The staff would like to say a huge thank-you to the wonderful parents and carers who helped to raise £100 for Children in Need.

The children at Acorns Upper Tean  also enjoyed a pyjama day as part of their celebrations. Their Pudsey inspired creativity knew no bounds as they made delicious Pudsey biscuits, headbands and enjoyed a lot of painting.  At tea time everyone tucked into a special treat from Miss Sam, the nursery cook who made a wonderful Pudsey cake.

Over at Rosemary Lane in Lincoln, the Bobtails and Benjamin Bunnies were very excited by Pudsey Bear and all his spots. They spent the day experimenting with various sensory media.
