Beach Day at Children 1st @ Plumtree

The weather has been glorious so we decided to have a  beach themed day here at Plumtree.

Throughout the whole nursery, the children enjoyed taking part in a range of activities all themed towards the beach and especially water play.

Our Jemima Puddleducks and Bobtails had so much fun engaging in different water activities which included splashing in the paddling pool and using water equipment to enhance their understanding of water, and how it feels and how it changes during play. They have been throwing the beach balls to each other, playing with our inflatables and their particular favourite has been playing with the rubber unicorns!

Peter Rabbits enjoyed splashing water with their friends as well as playing ball games in the water including Panda Bubble Popping,

Early Years children have had the most amazing day taking part in some spectacular water play activities including paddling pools, water fountains and (of course the children’s favourite activity) our huge homemade splash pad! They enjoyed an exciting day slipping, sliding, jumping and diving whilst doing all of this with their best friends!

What a fun-filled beach themed day we had!!!
