Adventures Beckon at Children 1st @ Oakwood

Exciting times lie ahead everyone at Oakwood but especially for our holiday club children and Miss Danni our nursery nurse.

The children have just gone back to school but we are looking forward to seeing them soon and are busy planning our first holiday club for this academic year!!

Our holiday club for school age children is proving to be very popular. The children love spending time in our great outdoor spaces where adventures and challenges, fun with friends and laughter make their holiday time so special.

Meanwhile Miss Danni has already started her new adventure here at Children 1st @ Oakwood. Miss Danni has always had a passion for animals and has taken on the responsibility of taking care of our lovely animals for us.

She has started to take small groups of children to help out with key parts of animal care. These include feeding, grooming, changing the animals bedding and handling the animals. The experience is already helping the children to gain confidence in managing the animals and developing their understanding of how to give the animals the best care.
